Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the operator of AI Boyfriend (“we,” “us”) treats information when you visit aiboyfriendd.com. It is written to be read, not skimmed past, so we have kept the legal padding to a minimum.
The short version: we run a static, ad-free site. We do not load analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or social media beacons, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone. The little information that does reach us comes from your hosting requests and from messages you choose to send us.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is AI Boyfriend, the operator of aiboyfriendd.com, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. For anything privacy-related you can reach us through our Contact page or by email at [email protected].
What we deliberately do not do
It is easier to start with what is absent. We do not run Google Analytics, Tag Manager, the Meta pixel, or any third-party advertising or profiling script. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not fingerprint your device. If you came here expecting the usual wall of trackers, there isn't one.
Information we do receive
- Server logs. Like almost every website, our host records standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you opened. This is used to keep the site running and secure, and it is rotated and discarded on a short cycle.
- Messages you send. If you email us or use the Contact page, we receive whatever you write, including your email address, so we can reply.
- Cookies. The site itself sets effectively none. The full breakdown lives in our Cookie Policy.
Outbound and affiliate links
Several buttons on this site send you to third-party AI companion apps. Some of those are affiliate links, which we explain in plain terms in our Affiliate Disclosure. Once you leave aiboyfriendd.com, the destination's own privacy policy applies. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, how those companies handle your data. Read their policies before you sign up.
How we use what little we have
Server logs keep the site secure and let us diagnose problems. Messages are used to answer you. That is the whole list. We never use this information for advertising, and we do not combine it to identify you across sites.
Legal bases and your rights
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interest for security logging and on your consent or our legitimate interest for correspondence. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, object to processing, or request a copy of it. We will respond within the timeframe the law requires, usually one month. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Retention
Logs are short-lived. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any reasonable follow-up, then deleted.
Children
This is an adult-oriented site. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has contacted us, tell us through the Contact page and we will remove the data.
Security and international transfers
The site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable safeguards to the limited data we handle. Because hosting and email providers may operate across borders, some processing may occur outside your country, under appropriate protections.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be obvious. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms, which also sit alongside our Terms of Service.
